Important Safety & Hygiene Notice: For strict health, safety and hygiene reasons, treatments cannot be performed on hands or feet with fungal infections, bacterial infections, warts, or open wounds. If any of these conditions are present at the time of your appointment, the service will be canceled or rescheduled for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding and for helping keep our space safe and clean for everyone! Dear clients, to ensure the smooth operation of the studio, we apply the following rules: Cancel and Reschedule More than 24 hours in advance: Free of charge 12–24 hours in advance: 50% of the treatment cost Less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the treatment cost No-show: 100% of the treatment cost Too Late? Are you running 20 minutes or more late? Unfortunately, your appointment may be canceled, and 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Company Would you like to bring someone with you? Please arrange this in advance. Meetings can only be held by consultation. Payment In person payment can be made in cash or via a payment link / Tikkie (deposit). Be On Time There is no need to arrive too early — 5 minutes before your appointment is ideal. Warranty You have a 7-day warranty on the treatment.
